5.37 NAMES INCLUDING WORDS: BANK, TRUST, INSURANCE. Any business entity document filed through the online filing system of the secretary of state that includes the words 'bank,' 'trust,' or 'insurance' in the name of the business entity may be voided, and the use of the name is at the risk of the filing party and the business entity, even though it is accepted for filing through that system, if the name implies the business of banking or insurance underwriting in this state and the entity is not authorized to carry on this business.
