8.025 PART-TIME SPECIAL ATTORNEYS, PAYMENT ON HOURLY BASIS. No part-time special attorney assigned to any professional or occupational licensing board of state government, after having received $10,000 for performing official duties in any fiscal year, regardless of the fund from which the payment is made, shall be paid an hourly amount exceeding the equivalent amount paid full-time special assistant attorneys general, plus reasonable office expenses, as approved by the attorney general.
