410.121 SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR OR WINE; FAVORABLE VOTE. If the charter which is to be amended or replaced contains provisions which prohibit the sale of intoxicating liquor or wine in certain areas, such provisions shall not be amended or removed unless 55 percent of the votes cast on the proposition shall be in favor thereof.
