414.051 TOWNSHIPS OF MORE THAN 2,000; CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE RECOMMENDATIONS. After each federal census the chief administrative law judge may determine the townships which have a population in excess of 2,000 exclusive of any municipality or part of a municipality within the township and make recommendations which the chief administrative law judge considers necessary and reasonable to the board of any such township.
