414.08 CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE MAY APPEAL FROM DISTRICT COURT. An appeal may be taken under the Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure by the chief administrative law judge from a final order or judgment made or rendered by the district court when the chief administrative law judge determines that the final order or judgment adversely affects the public interest.
