423.076 RETIREMENT; POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS. A compulsory retirement age of not less than 65 years that was in effect on March 3, 1983, for persons on the payroll of a police or fire department which does not come within the provisions of section 423.075 without being a violation of section 363A.20, subdivision 9, may be retained.
