428B.10 COORDINATION OF DISTRICTS. If a county establishes a tourism improvement district in a city or town under this chapter, a city or town may not establish a tourism improvement district in the part of the city or town located in the county-established district. If a city or town establishes a tourism improvement district under this chapter, a county may not establish a tourism improvement district in the part of the city or town located in the city- or town-established district.
