438.10 FIREFIGHTERS AT OUTSIDE FIRES ARE IN LINE OF REGULAR DUTIES. All municipal firefighters attending and serving at fires outside of the limits of the municipality as authorized in section 438.08 shall be considered as serving in their regular line of duties as fully as if they were serving within the limits of their own municipality.
