442A.26 FUNDS; DISTRICT TREASURY. The proceeds of all tax levies, assessments, service, use, or rental charges, and other income of the district must be deposited in the district treasury and must be held and disposed of as the board may direct for district purposes, subject to any pledges or dedications made by the board for the use of particular funds for the payment of bonds, interest thereon, or expenses incident thereto or for other specific purposes.
