443.35 VIOLATIONS, PENALTIES. Any such city of the first class is hereby authorized by ordinance to impose penalties and provide for punishment for violation of any ordinance or regulation relative to the accumulation of rubbish, its collection or disposition. History: 1945 c 185 s 10
