447.05 HOSPITALS; CHARTER CITIES OF THE THIRD OR FOURTH CLASS. A home rule charter city of the third or fourth class may acquire, establish, and operate hospitals. The city may take those actions by resolution or ordinance approved by two-thirds of the city council.
