45.38 NOTICE TO STUDENTS. At the beginning of each approved offering, the following notice must be handed out in printed form or must be read to students: 'This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying ..... hours of credit toward (choose one or more of the following as appropriate: prelicensing or continuing) (insert appropriate industry) education requirements.'
