458A.14 SEVERABILITY OF PROVISIONS. The provisions of sections 458A.01 to 458A.15 shall be severable, and if any provision thereof or the application of any such provision under any circumstances is held invalid, it shall not affect any other provision of sections 458A.01 to 458A.15 or the application of any provision thereof under different circumstances.
