46A.04 EXCEPTIONS AND EXEMPTIONS. (a) The requirements under section 46A.03, subdivisions 3; 5, paragraph (a); 9; and 10, do not apply to financial institutions that maintain customer information concerning fewer than 5,000 consumers.
