47.26 VIOLATIONS. Every officer, agent, or employee of any corporation or copartnership, and every other individual, who shall knowingly and willfully do or omit anything, the doing or omission of which on the part of any corporation, copartnership, or individual is in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter and who continues or repeats such act or omission for or during more than ten successive days, shall be guilty of a felony.
