58.115 EXAMINATIONS. The commissioner has under this chapter the same powers with respect to examinations that the commissioner has under section 46.04. In addition to the powers under section 46.04, the commissioner may accept examination reports prepared by a state agency that has comparable supervisory powers and examination procedures.
