462.365 EXTENSION OF TIME FOR COMPLIANCE. Any municipality which has in effect on or before the effective date of Laws 1980, chapter 566 an ordinance for subdivision controls may elect not to come into compliance with any change in subdivision regulations as may be required by Laws 1980, chapter 566 until such time as the ordinance for subdivision controls is next amended.
