462A.24 CONSTRUCTION; GRANTS AND LOANS; PRIORITIES. (a) This chapter is necessary for the welfare of the state of Minnesota and its inhabitants; therefore, it shall be liberally construed to effect its purpose. (b) To the extent practicable, the agency shall award grant and loan amounts with a reasonable balance between nonmetropolitan and metropolitan areas of the state. (c) Beginning with applications made in response to requests for proposals issued after July 1, 2020, after final decisions are made on applications for programs of the agency, the results of any quantitative scoring system used to rank applications shall be posted on the agency website.
