462A.375 ADDITIONAL PURPOSES, HOUSING INFRASTRUCTURE BONDS. In addition to any other purpose authorized in this chapter for use of housing infrastructure bond proceeds, the agency may use the proceeds to fund loans, on terms and conditions the agency deems appropriate, to finance the costs of the construction, acquisition, and rehabilitation of supportive housing for girls and women to provide them protection from and the means to escape exploitation and trafficking.
