469.0775 MANKATO; PORT AUTHORITY. The governing body of the city of Mankato may exercise all the powers of a port authority provided by sections 469.048 to 469.068, as if the city were a port authority; and the city may exercise all the powers relating to a port authority granted to a city by sections 469.048 to 469.068, or other law.
