469.186 BUREAU OF INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY; STATUTORY CITIES. The council of any statutory city may establish and maintain a bureau of information and publicity for the purpose of furnishing tourists information and for outdoor advertising and for preparing, publishing, and circulating information and facts concerning the recreational facilities and business and industrial conditions of the community.
