471.927 COOPERATION WITH MUNICIPALITIES. The governing body of any municipality may continue to exercise the authority to regulate secondhand or junk dealers as provided by law, but may contract with the county board of commissioners for administration and enforcement of countywide regulations or ordinance provisions within the borders of the municipality.
