473.246 COUNCIL'S SUBMISSIONS TO LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION. The Metropolitan Council shall submit to the Legislative Commission on Metropolitan Government information on the council's tax rates and dollar amounts levied for the current year, proposed property tax rates and levies, operating and capital budgets, work program, capital improvement program, and any other information requested by the commission, for review by the legislative commission, as provided in section 3.8841.
