473.601 DEFINITIONS. Subdivision 1. Terms. The following words, terms and phrases shall, for the purposes of sections 473.601 to 473.679 be given the meanings subjoined to them. Subd. 2. Commission and corporation. 'Commission' and 'corporation' each means a metropolitan airports commission, organized and existing under the provisions of sections 473.601 to 473.679. Subd. 3. City council or council. 'City council' or 'council' means the governing body of each of the cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Subd. 4. Commissioner. 'Commissioner' means a person appointed or otherwise selected as, and, after qualification, acting as, a member of the corporation. Subd. 5. The commissioners. 'The commissioners' means a quorum of the members of the corporation, acting as the governing body of the corporation. Subd. 6. City or each city.
