473.627 TAX FOR POLICE, FIRE, STREETS, PARKING. The said commission shall on or before October 10 of each calendar year certify to the county auditor of said county, the amount determined by the commission to be raised on taxable properties within such territory to provide funds for policing and fire protection at and within said airport, and for the construction, maintenance and repair of streets and motor vehicle parking areas within such airport and the auditor shall extend, spread and include the same with and as a part of the general taxes for state and county purposes, to be collected and enforced therewith, together with penalties and interest and costs, and the county treasurer upon collection of the same, shall transfer the same to the treasurer of said public corporation.
