473.672 METROPOLITAN AREA TAX LEVY. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 473.671 or any other provision of sections 473.601 to 473.679, any tax levy required to be made to pay debt service on any bonds heretofore or hereafter issued by the commission shall not be restricted to the cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul but shall be levied against all the taxable property in the metropolitan area in accordance with the provisions of section 473.667.
