473.846 REPORT TO LEGISLATURE. The agency shall submit to the senate and house of representatives committees having jurisdiction over environment and natural resources a report describing the activities for which money for landfill abatement has been spent under section 473.844. The report shall be included in the report required by section 115A.411, and shall include recommendations on the future management and use of the metropolitan landfill abatement account.
