480.057 PROMULGATION. Subdivision 1. Effective date of rules; publication. All rules promulgated under sections 480.051 to 480.058 are effective at a time fixed by the court. The rules must be published as part of Minnesota Statutes according to section 3C.08. Subd. 2. Printing, publishing, and distributing.
