480.13 COURT ADMINISTRATOR OFFICE CREATED; APPOINTMENT, TERM. There is hereby created a state office to be known as the Office of Court Administrator, the holder of which office shall be appointed by the supreme court, and shall hold office at the pleasure of the supreme court.
