480.1811 POSTRETIREMENT BENEFIT COSTS. Where court administration, guardian ad litem, or interpreter employees elect to retain county insurance benefits under section 480.181 after July 1, 2001, and the county provides those employees postretirement insurance benefits prior to July 1, 2001, the county shall pay the postretirement cost of those benefits.
