504B.435 LANDLORD'S RIGHT TO COLLECT RENT SUSPENDED. If an administrator has been appointed pursuant to section 504B.425, paragraph (d), any right of the landlord to collect rent from the petitioner is void and unenforceable from the time the court signs the order for judgment until the administration is terminated. Any right of the landlord to collect rent from other tenants is void and unenforceable from the time of service of judgment as set forth in section 504B.431 until the administration is terminated.
