505.05 CERTAIN STATUTORY CITY PLATS DECLARED OFFICIAL. In all cases in which numerous plats have been made or recorded between the 15th day of September, A.D. 1887, and the 15th day of January, A.D. 1904, the last plat made and recorded and affecting a particular statutory city is hereby declared to be, and is hereby made, the official plat of the particular statutory city to which it relates.
