505.175 CERTIFICATES BY OTHER SURVEYORS. Whenever the registered surveyor who prepared such plat or subdivision shall not be available, or whenever such plat or subdivision shall not have been prepared by a registered surveyor, such certificate may be executed by any registered surveyor, but shall state the reason why the registered surveyor who prepared the plat or subdivision is not available, or, if the plat or subdivision was not prepared by a registered surveyor, shall state that fact.
