505.1791 FEES. Any fees incurred in executing the provisions of sections 505.178 to 505.1791 shall be paid by the county if the county officer involved receives fees instead of a fixed salary paid by the county, and if the county officer involved is paid a fixed salary, no such fees shall be charged.
