508.31 REGISTRAR'S BOND. Before entering upon the duties of office, the registrar of titles shall execute a bond to the state for such amount and with such sureties as may be determined by the county board. Such bond shall be approved by the district court, filed in the office of the county recorder, and conditioned for the faithful discharge of duties.
