508.65 PLAINTIFF'S ATTORNEY; NAME AND ADDRESS ENDORSED; NOTICE. The name and address of the attorney for the party giving the notice shall be endorsed upon the instrument which is registered pursuant to section 508.64. The attorney shall be deemed to be the attorney for that party until the party files a written notice as a memorial upon the certificate of title stating that the designated attorney has ceased to be the party's attorney.
