508A.43 EFFECTIVE DATE OF CPT. When entered in the register, the first CPT shall relate back to and take effect as of the date the examiner's of titles directive is filed with the registrar of titles pursuant to section 508A.22, subdivision 1. History: 1982 c 396 s 36
