508A.65 PLAINTIFF'S ATTORNEY; NAME AND ADDRESS ENDORSED; NOTICE. The name and address of the attorney for the party giving the notice shall in all cases be endorsed upon the instrument which is registered pursuant to section 508A.64. The attorney shall be deemed to be the attorney for that party until the party files a written notice as a memorial upon the CPT stating that the designated attorney has ceased to be the party's attorney.
