§ 525.731

525.731 JUDGMENT; EXECUTION. The party prevailing on the appeal shall be entitled to costs and disbursements to be taxed as in a civil action. If judgment be rendered against the estate, they shall be an adjudicated claim against it. If judgment be rendered against an appellant other than the state, the Veterans' Administration, or representative appealing on behalf of the estate, judgment shall be entered against the appellant and the sureties on the appeal bond and execution may issue thereon.
