552.02 PUBLIC AUTHORITY'S SUMMARY EXECUTION OF SUPPORT JUDGMENT DEBTS; WHEN AUTHORIZED. The public authority may execute on a money judgment resulting from money owed pursuant to a support order by levying under this chapter on indebtedness owed to the judgment debtor by a third party.
