571.87 TRANSFER TO ANOTHER COURT. In case of a change in venue or removal to a United States District Court, whether before or after full disclosure, the garnishment proceeding must be changed to the county or court to which the action is transferred. Written notice of the transfer, specifying the court to which the transfer is made, shall be served by the creditor on the garnishee. The transfer carries with it all pending proceedings and any disclosure made in those proceedings. History: 1990 c 606 art 3 s 19
