572B.29 UNIFORMITY OF APPLICATION AND CONSTRUCTION; NO-FAULT AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE ACT; CONFLICT; PREVAILING LAW. (a) In applying and construing this uniform act, consideration must be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it. (b) When provisions of sections 572B.01 to 572B.31 are in conflict with provisions of sections 65B.41 to 65B.71, the provisions of sections 65B.41 to 65B.71 shall prevail.
