600.09 AFFIDAVITS, TAKEN OUT OF STATE. All oaths and affidavits taken out of the state before any officer authorized to administer oaths, and certified by the court administrator of a court of record, may be used and read upon the argument of any motion, with the same effect as if taken within this state.
