59A.05 REVOCATION AND SUSPENSION OF LICENSES. The commissioner may after a hearing revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew the license of any licensee if it appears to the commissioner that: (a) the license was obtained by fraud; (b) there was any misrepresentation in the application for the license; (c) the holder of the license is untrustworthy or incompetent to finance insurance premiums, or is involved in any fraudulent, dishonest or deceptive practice; or (d) the licensee has violated any of the provisions of sections 59A.01 to 59A.15 or rules adopted pursuant to sections 59A.01 to 59A.15.
