60A.032 COMMISSIONER'S ORDERS, REPORT. When, upon receipt of an examination report, the commissioner forwards to the company an order based on the report, the commissioner shall immediately report the fact to the governor and the attorney general. Within 20 days after submission of the report the commissioner shall submit to the governor and attorney general a supplementary report if the company has not complied with the order.
