60A.204 FEES AND COMMISSIONS. Subdivision 1. [Repealed by amendment, 2010 c 384 s 6] Subd. 2. Regulation of fees and commissions. A surplus lines broker may charge a fee and commission, in addition to the premium, that is not excessive or discriminatory.
