60A.35 SCOPE. Except as specifically limited in section 60A.351, sections 60A.35 to 60A.38 apply to all commercial liability and/or property insurance policies issued by companies licensed to do business in this state except ocean marine insurance, accident and health insurance, excess insurance, surplus lines insurance, and reinsurance.
