60A.767 REINSURANCE. Increases to or credits against reserves carried, arising because of reinsurance assumed or reinsurance ceded, must be determined in a manner consistent with sections 60A.76 to 60A.768 and with all applicable provisions of the reinsurance contracts which affect the insurer's liabilities.
