62C.21 PENALTIES. If a service plan corporation violates Laws 1971, chapter 568 or other applicable law, the commissioner may suspend or revoke its certificate of authority, and impose a penalty not to exceed $5,000 for each offense. Such action shall be by order and subject to the notice, hearing and appeal provided as to an order disapproving a subscriber's contract. History: 1971 c 568 s 21
