62D.24 COMMISSIONER OF HEALTH'S AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT. The commissioner of health, in carrying out the obligations under sections 62D.01 to 62D.30, may contract with the commissioner of commerce or other qualified persons to make recommendations concerning the determinations required to be made. Such recommendations may be accepted in full or in part by the commissioner of health.
